    I am not sure if you are informed in astrology. But I am actual astrolog. Aries is Mars and fire element so his characteristics should be like warriors, sword and axe is very good. Scorpio is ruled by Mars but element water, here are assassins and ninjas, cause Scorpio is a night and water sign, in astrology water is connected to dark and coldness. Only sign ruled by the Moon is Cancer, and Lunar type is a dreamy one, and also water which nourishes, here fits a white mage, Moon is also white and silver colour, also Pisces ruled by benevolent Jupiter is very supporting- buffers, healers, defenders etc. Sagittarius fits any long-range weapons due to the characteristics of the signs. Capricorn, darkness, wintery with Saturn fits dark and black magic. Taurus is a fixed earth sign, ruled by Venus, so the slow but hard hitting character with big weapons. Leo as ruled by the Sun, Light is Paladin a shiny knight with healing potential. Aquarius is airy, ruled by Saturn so something with machines is ok, time magic, Saturn planet is also ruler of time. Gemini and Virgo ruled by Mercury the Messanger of God and god of wisdom are thief's and tricksters, merchants is ok. Libra cardinal airy and ruled Venus also machines, guns etc. the sign here is not typical animal or manlike so its an object like someone using unusual weapons..

    Maybe it's because I'm fairly new to both The Zodiac Age and SFF (lots of experience with the original PS2), but I'm pretty darn confused by this.  (EDIT:  The previous sentence is the truest sentence in the post. Belay the rest.)

    The boards with Vaan's portrait on them are the Mercenary and the Weapon Master -- but those jobs involve axes, hammers, katanas, and poles. He doesn't have access to any of those weapons for a very long time.  It's all daggers and swords until after escaping Nalbina. What's Vaan supposed to use?

    Additionally, he can actually select any of the Job boards.  I thought part of the point of SFF was that each character had a specific role, and there was a Struggle and a Freedom board.

    Speaking of role assignments, Vaan is "assigned" Mercenary and Weapon Master, while Basch is "assigned" Rogue and Sorcerer?  I'm assuming that I'm the one not understanding something, so can someone clarify what I'm missing? (Edit: I clarified myself. I just didn't understand just how vastly different TZA is from original PS2. All good.)

    I was just looking for a way to replace the job portraits (that are bugged on SFF/Redesigned), and ended up finding an essential mod! The way you designed the new jobs is really clever, and I'm eager to discover the best synergies between them. Thank you!

    The icons are still bugged tho :(, so I'll need to keep searching for a solution.

    Sorcerer seems to have little choice of weapon types imo (maybe some maces of ranged weapons like bows or crossbows?). Mine is just a tip.

    I liked the idea of adding more weapon types for every job. It's fun have a Rogue using Swords or a Enchanter using daggers. Well done !

    I just installed SFF and can't handle how it only has those few little gambit slots, this game basically depends on it

    Hi ! Thank you very much for your mod. The way you redesigned every job is clever. After many runs, I was a little bored ; but your mod somewhat stirred my interest.
    1. Thanks! I made this to make my own replay more fun. I haven't finished my playthrough yet, so I hope it's well balanced enough ^^
