Changed the value of the weapon "Branch" from 55 to 90 & 100, depending on mod version. Additionally changed some values for the garden hoe and the paddle.

- Updated the mod to work on the newest Scavenger Mod versions. Weapon FOV can now be selected from 75 to 120 in steps of 5.
