1. DLC missions (Lost Expeditions/Hurk missions) are kinda broken, in that if you get killed in LE missions, the objective is busted and you can't complete it unless you start it again. Meanwhile, I failed Hurk Mission due to the second problem, and it basically forced me to play previous two missions all over again. Yeah, no thanks. Although, that might be also the game itself.
2. No UI while using stationary turrets. I can't keep track of the vehicle's "health" and all of a sudden one RPG rocket says "F*ck you, do it again". Nor do I see if the turret gets overheated or not.
Can the autor of mod adress these issues?
first download the swartz mod and buy the silver dragon and equip it then save your game
then install this and you should have it
1. Play new game without patch or use no intro mod
2. When you go to shop at tutorial, equip the predator sniper (replace 1911 handgun)
3. Play through the tower climbing section of tutorial
4. After you go back to bottom and map tutorial by dennis, quit the game
5. Replace the patch with this patch (backup old patch if needed)
6. Continue the game
Note : after clearing amanaki outpost (the 1st outpost), it appears that this mod "thinks" that the original m700 and m700 predator is the same sniper rifle, because suddenly you own the original sniper (also with the attachments !!). Where as in the unmodded game (cmiiw) the m700 and m700 predator is different weapon.
So the only downside i know from using this method is just not getting extra $200 from dennis, but that's okay bcs you can earn money quite easily in this game
