Compute the mean-square-error between diffuse maps from the HD DLC and Fallout 76 and use it to filter out diffuse maps from the HD DLC for which the artistic style has changed too much in Fallout 76. This resolves issues with rendering the T45 power armor, free-standing turrets, 10mm barrels, and other textures. In these rare instances, if any other matching texture map has been reused, such as the normal map, use Real-ESRGAN to upscale the diffuse texture to match the resolution.
