Performance improvement pack for Fallout London, targeting the worst offenders. Intended for use on lower spec machines.

This mod is the Fallout London branch of the PRP Project, which unlike the mainline project will only target certain areas of the mod, as it ships with PRP style precombines/previs out of the box.
Edit (9/27/24): I'd advise using this mod instead of mine at this point, as the amount of work I'd have to do would very marginally improve things with the mod and is way better than the method I used for the market. This mod is discontinued due to a lack of interest and way too much on my plate.
Targeted version: 2.31-R3 (current gog release + hotfix)
Hardware profile: i7-6700K, GTX 1080, 64GB RAM
Using this mod increases the frames per second in targeted areas through various means and is eternally in beta, LOAD THE PLUGINS AT THE END OF YOUR LOAD ORDER.
Current list of updated areas and changes made:
Thameshaven Market (Pruned five duplicate precombined references, which won't help much, and also disabled manually placed lights with a radius less than 512 to help with light and shadow calculations as I dropped all the way to 30 FPS on my i7-6700K at 1K shadow resolution, and something has to be done about that.)
