Galejro's Moon Palace in The Island is ported to Westminster. We can find it now near the Natural History Museum.
It comes in two flavors:
In both cases the teleportation to the Commonwealth has been disabled. Instead, the boat can be visited as its interior has been slightly refurbished.
This is an extremely detailed and refined piece of work of Galejro. I only ported it to London with his permission. The original mod for FO4 can be found in here. The original idea of porting this to London was given to me by fallout2playerpokemongo. Thanks!
This is a detailed list of all changes done:
1. Removed all instances referring to FO4 cells, including the teleporting door.
2. Modified one line of dialogue with one NPC in which he says that the Palace was an embassy, and changing it to private residence. It is likely that I have missed other things out of context in London.
3. As the boat Helena does not have a function without the teleportation door, the interior of the boat was edited. It was difficult to move inside, so the size of the interior was changed. Several objects were placed inside too.
4. For Version 1 a load door in one building of Westminster was placed, near the Natural History Museum, that gives access to the Moon Palace.
5. For Version 2 the exterior of the Palace was copy-pasted into the building mentioned in point 4. The surroundings of the Palace were navmeshed and some problems in the building corrected derived from the copy-pasting. Previs was disabled in the cell and in other 3 around to avoid flickering.
6. In both versions a map marker and linked xmarkerheading were placed.
7. All needed files for this to work are packed in ba2 archives to avoid loose files.
