How to get the Settlement?
Kill the Hooligans.
What should be scrapped?
Nothing, leave as is.
No wires after import?
During testing this was the only location where i encountered issues with power wires. And it happened very consistently.
I got the wires to be correctly spawned by importing the blueprint in Workshop Mode. Use that import option if you do have the same problem.
PROMISES
No additional mods required, besides Fallout London itself and everything needed for Transfer Settlements.
Vanilla baby! If you want cookie crumbs, caramel and chocolate chips, go ahead, you can be as gluttonous as you want.
Each settlement will have enough food; water; defenses; and beds to keep your peeps happy. Most have LVL3 vendors.
The early versions will be small in size, but have the basics for a decent settlement covered, including a scrappy dilapidated dystopian mood.
No prelimenary or minimal scrapping required. Some of my FOLON blueprints will eventually have a guide on what best to scrap.
For now, do not scrap anything before using the blueprint, unless clearly stated otherwise.
My builds work around the junk, they even rely on a lot of the debris. You can remove things you do not like after the TS import has stabilized.
Automated FOMOD with a dynamic Blueprint Slot Selector for Mod Manager convenience, and a Loose File availabe for Manual Installs.
