Understanding how this mod is built.
This is a TL;DR version of my mod and why I create them like this:
1. I liked the old player homes from FO3/NV and one mod from back then that i really like was Goodsprings school player home. It had a ton of scripted changes (a lot like SS2) but when combine with item sorting it made a convenient way to store all my treasures.\
2. It give me a way to be creative within confines. Settlement building is okay, it's just has a lot of freedom and is basically a game on it's own. The Player home give me more freedom to explore the outside world.
3. I`m terrible at scripting, this makes me do scripting. . . poorly.
