Some recent research reports about this mod: If you feel that it does not work after installation, or it does not match the pictures shown, then you need to make sure of the following two issues:
2、HiPoly Faces REDUX (Seamless Kit - CBBE - TWB - FG - AB) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community overwrites the changes, so it is recommended not to use this mod at the same time. Maybe some sorting can solve the problem, because the author of this mod made a compatibility patch for oni, but I don't know how to make it work at the moment. So if there is no special need, not mixing is the easiest option. But if you know how to solve the problem, please let me know, I will be grateful.
does the patch for oni from hipoly faces redux not work with this mod? i read some comments talked about how there are irreversible changes once installed this oni mod. (i thought usually reloading the save where u never use that mod will help)
Maybe no one is reading the comments here anymore, But I still held on to some hope that someone would see the difficulties I was in and offer help. I know that using MO2 requires resetting the data files and adding code to the ini files, and I had successfully made this mod work before the next-gen upgrade of Fallout 4. However, I was very angry about the terrible next-gen upgrade that made it almost impossible for me to run the game properly, so I uninstalled Fallout 4 for a while. Until earlier this week, I re-downloaded Fallout 4 and rolled back to before the next-gen upgrade, and this mod no longer works. I don't know what I did wrong, I have set up the data files and added code to the ini correctly according to all the requirements. Someone in the comments suggested that it might be a problem with the beth ini (I did use beth to adjust the ini to get a higher frame rate.) So, I would appreciate if anyone can tell me what the problem is and how to get it working again,
I found that some people think that this is because the mod is incompatible with looksmenu, which causes the mod to not work even after all the requirements are installed. But I can tell you clearly that before the next-gen upgrade, I successfully made it work with looksmenu when using mo2, and also used vo manager to make it work with looksmenu when I entered the Fallout mod gameplay in early 2021. I don't know how I did it before. For me, these codes are like garbage dumps, and I never know which piece is wrong. But I can tell you that it is feasible.
Sorry, I haven't reinstalled Fallout 4 on my new computer yet, as my old computer broke. Re-tinkering with the mods would take a whole day, but I'll try to fix the problem when I have time to do so.
Update: I've taken a quick look at it now, and I'm not even sure if the mod will work. At present, please make sure whether you have followed the instructions of that module and used the corresponding facial type?
Doesn't work wit MO2, needs to be installed manually - and then completely f**ks the game up. Uninstalling didn't work, so I had to reinstall the whole game. Thanks for nothing!
For anyone commenting "This mod doesn't work!" or "This needs taken down!"... it works just fine. Even with LooksMenu. Install the mod with a mod manager. Go into character creation, set the Eyes to "Narrow 1-5", the Nose to "Large 1-5", and the Lips to "Thin 1-5". Then sculpt the face. Literally can't be any simpler than that. If YOU don't know how to mod, or how things work, stop posting to have things taken down.
Edit: To install it: If you use Vortex, I can't help with that. I use MO2, and have forever. I will not be switching until Vortex truly gives me the extra incentive to do so. But in MO2, it's simple. Download. When you install it, you right-click the Data folder in the FOMOD that pops up, and "Set as Data Directory". GG
"FACE PARTS CHANGED Eyes - narrow Nose - big Lips - thin" Author didn't make it clear that we should select those parts, what I thought was this mod made eyes narrower, nose bigger and lips thinner. Yeah and also there is no big nose options, only large...
i bet a lot of people confuse why this mod not working, because you need to select face part " Type" manually and to make it beutifull like mod page picture.
it's working but most people just not read the mod descriptions.
then the last step you need to do is Sculpt the Female face manually which is extremely hard for newbies.
or alternative find asian face preset or face preset then add Oni face parts is my way to go specially using KAWAII Body Preset.................From Jp Site.
I already done everything like it should be done. Try [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= in Fallout4custom.ini and my texture face skin still like vanilla in the end.

1、High Res DLC Black Face Fix at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community should be loaded before this mod.

You need to install: Oni face and full CBBE and JB nude re-texture at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community and High Res DLC Black Face Fix at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community And it can work completely with looksmenu.
I think the pre-installation instructions for this mod need to be updated.
