The Minutemen and the Enclave are rebuilding America!
This mod will allow Minutemen and Enclave settlers (and ONLY Minutemen and Enclave settlers) to spawn at the (mod-added) Forest Grove Water Lock settlement.
You will need The Castle Spawns Minutemen Settlers and Enclave Settlers - America Rising 2 in order for this to work.
