It restores the cut content of the Museum of Freedom.

Like Museum of Freedom Cut Content Restored but enhanced and should be safe to use.
I've tested it only after having the quest "When Freedom Calls" completed.
After leaving the vault would require the mod to be tested to see if it works properly but at the same time, i don't recommend it, most mods should be used right before leaving the vault with some exceptions where the mods should be added / loaded after completing the quest "When Freedom Calls" but if you feel like testing it go for it and let us know how it goes.
If you have mods that conflicts with it it may creates problems, if it it's just weapons or some items added into the cell it shouldn't create a problem, if it is something big such as an overhaul then yes, problems will probably arise.
It already uses the previsibines fixes.
I may or may not add more into it, i'd prefer it to stay as close as vanilla.
As i said, i haven't encountered any bugs while playing (after having completed the "When Freedom Calls" quest) so it should be safe to used.
But keeping saves before using new mods is always a good procedure that will be very helpful as you never know.
