   Greetings. Is this flagged as ESL? Do i need the other mod installed? dynamic furniture? can you run this mod as loose files?

      Yes, it is flagged ESL. I will add that to the FAQ.
      Yes, Dynamic Furniture is required.
      Yes, loose files should work fine.

      but i already have your other addon . dynamic furniture says it is included in some other ss2 addon?

      Vault-Tec Tools has some vault-themed dynamic furniture. Is that what you're thinking of?
      
      Dynamic Furniture the mod is a standalone mod with more furniture and clutter. That is the one required by this mod.
      
      There will be an update to Vault-Tec Tools later to add its furniture to the furniture stores too.
