Some additions to the Space Marine PA mod:

- Added Tesla Coils for PA Legs - produce pulse explosion on impact landing. Requires constructing the mod for both leg pieces. Will drain the fusion core on impact landing, only when in battle. Pulse explosion will drain the fusion core less if you have the Nuclear Physicist perk - 5% without the perk, 3% with NP lvl1, 1% with NP lvl2 and no drain with NP lvl3.
- Added 13 Decals available for both arm pieces - Army, Atom Cats, BoS, CoA, Enclave, Gunners, Institute, MM, Raider, RR, Vault-Tec, Vim and West Tek. They are white-ish in color and not the most detailed. I reused the textures, materials and plugin records from my Power Armor - Paint Additions mod.
- Edited the jetpack flame and smoke effect - upscaled/enlarged and adjusted to come out of the big thrusters on the jetpack.
