Ever wondered why in such an isolated place there are three closed buildings? As I was arriving to the place I could not stand this anymore and decided to substitute them by open versions. They are not 100% identical to the original empty shells, but close enough.
The houses have been fully navmeshed. Just one nif with its collision and all is original. The rest are from Snappy HouseKit. It is absolutely necessary to have it installed for this mod to work. I did not delete anything, only moved the empty shells under the terrain. I did not see any visual glitches in the tests. I did by best to avoid z-fighting. As long as Snappy HouseKit is compatible with Next-Gen this mod should as well.
