Increased ambient lighting closer to vanilla in order to reduce shadow intensity. Decreased dusk bloom from 1.0 to 0.50. Increased the rest of the bloom from 0.10 to 0.20 to resemble vanilla. Some neon signs and lights with bloom looked flat and dull.
