Oddly, at least on Xbox, the Uniques “Limitless Potential” and “Wazer Wifle” have missing textures for the “Regenerating” Microfusion Cell in the Cell Housing. I do have LameGaming’s Laser Rifle Reanimation, the Attachment Pack, and the corresponding patch on Xbox for Real Uniques, but I doubt that is causing the issues.
Also, it seems when some of the Uniques are given the special skins like the ones on “Sentinel’s Plasmacaster” and “Experiment 18-A” aren’t applied properly until you change a Capacitor.
Sorry I cant help with xbox issues, I didnt upload it or even have the ability to test, but if its not spawning with the correct receiver then something migh have changed the weapon templates at a guess.
Have small question/suggestion. Why not leave only unique receivers for guns? I mean copy of original receivers with new keyword which will be used on uniques. Because as I see, you have done a copy of all attachments for every weapon. Is receivers with additional node not enough?
because they either need a unique receiver so the visual attachment can be removed or would have to edit base mesh and would have to also edit base omods so they can not be added to the new weapon meshes which would break them. Was a choice between making the weapons stand alone for compatibility etc etc or editing more vanilla stuff then would have liked.
So, decided to play around with omods. I created a new attach point for the modded receivers and replaced the vanilla one with new. And it works well. So maybe it will be enough to add only receivers, visual and legendary mods? It will make uniques compatible with attachment pack (well, except receivers) and STS out of the box. Only one additional record that should be edited is do_ModMenuSlotKeywordList to keep correct list order. What do you think?
Can confirm this works. I was able to get uniques from this mod compatible with all other mods that add new attachments by (1) creating a new AP keyword (e.g. by cloning vanilla ap_gun_receiver), (2) replacing ap_gun_receiver in each unique gun record with the new AP, (3) restoring the vanilla MA keywords for each unique gun (e.g. replace ma_combatrifle_RU with ma_CombatRifle in December's Child), (4) in each receiver OMOD, replacing the default attachment point (ap_gun_receiver) with the newly cloned receiver AP and replacing the modded MA keyword (e.g. ma_combatrifle_RU) with the vanilla version (e.g. ma_CombatRifle). I think this works because it was mostly the receivers which override the cosmetic changes, so moving the receivers to their own dedicated AP, while retaining vanilla everything else (using the vanilla MA keywords) enabled compatibility between the new cosmetic changes and all other attachments added by other mods.
they change the same thing, load UU after if you want those to spawn and the holotape to spawn mine otherwise the same quests with comflict that spawn in weapons
it should be since it makes a copy of the weapon using the vanilla assets, unless the replacer directly overrides existing meshes instead of pointing to new location if it has an esp for its edits.
Close enough, welcome back unique uniques. Also would this be compatible with 10mm anims and 44 magnum by cadavver, Thompson smg by antistar and your remeshes for the laser weapon? (pre war and institute)
