General - Removed the added references and in turn added the B layer to DLC03AMBWaterExteriorCoastWavesCDLP [SNDR:03049B93] which effectivly reduces the sound marker overkill - NOTE: Due to the fact that CD layer markers are placed across the entire island with super sized marker size it should play out nicely. - Reduced the static attentuation and altered the fade in and out distance instead - Set static attentuation to 19.5000 - Removed random percent chance (50%) for the Layer A Coast Wave markers, this way the marker play all the time when coming close to the ocean

General - Revert the direct MSTT override and replaced the worldspace sound marker with the LPM sound marker instead - Removed the static attentuation for sound marker A for no sound reduction at all when coming close to the ocean - Replaced vanilla B and C/D sound marker with newly generated sound marker B,C,D LPM
