How do I use those? I build them using scrap pieces and then when I build that building in new settlement those are automatically consumed as resurce for it (as in auto-scrapped for resurces needed)?

This is hugely helpful. I have wanted something like this ever since SS1.

Is it safe to add to an existing game or should it be used with a new play-through?
