This is a REALLY good mod, but i think the brightness of fallout 4 ruins the fallout 3 LUT, do you have any suggestions to make it more bleak and desolate? I'm using truestorms, the Fo3 LUT, and the cinema aces light mod (and maybe a good mod that changes the skyboxes and clouds..?).
The only suggestion I can think of for a darker and more desolate atmosphere is to eliminate the sunny weather. A run with only cloudy and foggy weather, then maybe add some dramatic music. But if you mean a mod that changes the physical environment like vegetation and buildings for a more desolate effect I don't know if there is one.
So I like testing mods.. a lot. This has CHANGED MY GAME VISUALS!
I don't even need to re-install my ENB now. I have a real horror game style with FO2 LUTs, dark is dark! Rad Storm from True Storms is a 'wait it out, you can't see' storm. 101/101
swefan i did some digging into the core game files, all the original LUTs including the DLC03 are uploaded as images here fyi. Below a combination of 51 vanilla LUTs
You can tell how much the developers tried to make the game visually pleasing by the amount of unused files. Only a few of these luts are actually used as well as many other files in the image space category, they did a lot of experiments
True. The default LUT is horrible. I wonder can you try to create a very neutral LUT without so much powerful colors? But without a mist or layer on top of it like the default LUT? That would be wonderful. The game looks powerful with a more neutral coloring. Almost like real. I can mimic it slightly with what i said be low. But in the end LUTs are more powerful and versatile.
With image 7 the correct FO logo on the lower left is missing. No big deal but handy to browse. I must say the original FO1 LUT looks very interesting. I wonder if its possible to mimic with the image space saturation values ?! Great work.
Its probably not as powerful as LUT in general but its very interesting to play around. Maybe it possible to come close to LUT. Besides, your changes and the those of other people with equal ambition, look at the default coloring of the ImageSpaces in the vanilla game ... Orange. ;)
I know those parameters well, tint is only used in a couple of situations memory den and third rail for example, if you look closely the tint is disabled. What it does is add a unique tint, but you need to change the colors individually instead

Have you tried my mod Cinema Aces Lights Lighting mod it includes a lut without tint.
Or try one of the luts named "ACESCOLORS" from my collection CineDrama LUTs
ColorLUT.dds this ?Sorry im dumb :D
looks awesome great job on all of them. love the blue tint ones too, remind me of Terminator 4

You mean the tint parameter? You can't do much with that, you'd have to change the sky lighting and the color of the sun rays
In some lighting situations they are perfect, in others less so the main problem is that the old titles had no ambient light
Thanks
