Transfer Settlements blueprint for Tenpines Bluff using only vanilla and DLC items, with a focus on concrete structures.

This blueprint uses only vanilla and DLC items. This is the second in the series of a concrete-focused build. This is something I did for my BoS-oriented character but just remove a flag or two otherwise to make it your own. Can be as clean or scruffy as you wish depending on what textures and meshes you use. All shops available, with a mix of tiers. This build supports 20 settlers.
This build was an exercise in my patience. Settler pathing was not cooperating, and I rebuilt some areas on more than one occasion to accommodate them. Sometimes one or two may still struggle to find their way (like the settler in the video walking into the stairs), but for the most part their navigation skills have improved greatly.
Scrap the crops and any trees or debris. This uses Slot #24 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in this slot.
