      It's tied to the the Main Quest line of the game, involving the Institute.
      
      The new version has dropped and allows the crafting of the dirty version without the quest. The clean one, you have to complete the Main Quest still.

   For people using SUP F4SE, even wireless terminals like this one can be used to access ROBCO TERMLINK devices like switches, builders, etc.

   This would be awesome for people who love building Institute style settlements, maybe they will fit for Vault Tec styles too? I personally wouldnt mind a version thats more wore out to match the Wasteland style, one thats all dinged up and dirty, like someone just dug it up from a pile of trash and got it working again after 200 years~

   I know nothing about the show sevrance but i love the 70's style of these terminals they look like they would be at home next to a DEC PDP–11/70
