A small fix so the AR2 Gatling Laser makes use of the Nuclear Physicist perk.

I've had this minor tweak for ages but stopped using it after Fusion Core Capacity came out. I decided to share it for people on Next-Gen who can't use that mod due to the RobCo Patcher still being in a early alpha.
I included a alternate version that edits the Nuclear Physicist perk. It removes that regular Gatling Laser attachments but might not play nice with other mods.
With the latest update I added [AR2] tags for the AR Gatling laser parts. Additional a patch for the Attachment Pack has been added.
The fixes are marked as light plugins.
