Loaded Bases - eXoPatch

Patch for Loaded Bases by CSEPteam that fix a few minor issues and adds some tweaks for difficulty amongst other.

Quests
Delayed the initial startup for the main-quest until after you reach Diamond City Security for the first time as in some rare cases some alias would failed to fill on script heavy load orders.
Added Quest Marker for the first quest to easier find the target. Will only show up if you're actually looking at the target.
Added Quest Marker to help with the epilogue. Similar deal here, it'll only trigger if you're close enough.
Added a delay in-between main quest and epilogue. Epilogue will no longer trigger until you've gained two levels to add a sense of "some time later".
Added background management quest that will update the "main area" to ensure that even if updating from 1.3 to 2.0 in an older save you can progress the quest without issue.

Locations
Added new Location and Encounter Zone for the "main area" to ensure it doesn't reset, to leave the area intact.

Weapons
Fixed issue where epic version of the Salvaged Institute gun would spawn with regular Institute parts.
Fixed modification related issues that'd make it so the regular institute modifications could not be re-attached.
Slightly delayed the levels for various modifications to spawn as well as increased difficulty a bit to really require you to use your skills to the max.
Slightly buffed the LMG and gave it receiver modifications.

Enemies
All synths will now use the leveled list for their level, which should increase difficulty on higher levels.
Boss enemies will now pose a bit more of a challenge with some extra perks.

Synth Combat Armor Patch

Makes it possible for synth boss to spawn with Synth Combat Armor.

Requires
Npc18's Standalone Synth Combat Armour by Npc18.
Tumbajamba's Synth Combat Armor by tumbajamba.
See Through Scopes
Converts the scopes to see through.

Load Order
If using Loaded Bases Reputation And Karma Patch, make sure that CSEPLoadedBases-eXoPatch.esp loads after CSEPLoadedBasesRepPatch.esp.
