Removes the created object records from High Level Perks' legendary item effects so that Legendary Effect Overhaul can properly return legendary microchips when scrapping those items.

DankRafft's Legendary Effect Overhaul is fantastic. Honey and Danah's High Level Perks is fanstastic. Unfortunately, High Level Perks prevents legendary microchip returns unless you go through and remove some created item records from the High Level perks plugin. Instructions on how to do this can be found on Legendary Effect Overhaul's page here on Nexus, or you can download this patch where I did it for you.
Download only one version, depending on whether or not you use High Level Perk's Automatron (DLCRobot) patch. All credits to DankRafft, honey the codewitch, and Danah, I only followed instructions and published for the lazy. All permissions are respected to the best of my knowledge, but any takedown requests from the original authors will be respected.
