   Hi, I am ok with translations and would have given permission for this if I were asked, but please pay attention to permissions on mod pages.... my mod page says that you must get permission before modifying or using my assets.

      Sorry, I just don't fully understand the rules yet. I don’t fully understand in what case the translation modifies the original files and in what case it does not. Thank you very much for writing, because I would not have noticed that anything was wrong.
      
      By the way, can I leave this translation/do you give permission for publication?

      Yes, you have my permission :) I appreciate your apology, and I understand that new users sometimes make mistakes, which is why I prefer to post and ask nicely for users to check in the future. Unless the mod permissions are green, I always prefer to ask, just in case. It was also good that you uploaded only the ESP files.
      
      I also appreciate that you enjoy my mod enough to translate it, so please do not think I am mad at you. I am glad this will help russian users to enjoy my mod more! And I will help you out as well, since I see you say 'I don’t know if it will work with the SD version.', I can tell you that your translated files will work with the SD version perfectly.
