Tactical Reload patch for awesome mod, which adds to the game a generic version of Deliverer created by jkruse05

Here is nothing really special, just makes a generic version of Deliverer use the partial reload animation from famous Tactical Reload mod. Also has a compatibility with Compact Pistol (Generic Deliverer) - Unofficial Tweaks by Crash.
Compatibility:
- Should be compatible with all animation mods for Deliverer that have a partial reload animation and support Tactical Reload in general
- Can conflict with mods that overwrite a Compact Pistol record (there aren't many on the nexus though)
Let me know if there are any bugs or crashes, so I can fix them, if I've missed something. There shouldn't be any problems though
