Does it affect limb health? Can you heal up by shooting/bashing essential npcs? does it proc extra times if the weapon does explosive damage, shoots lots of projectile like a shotgun, or deals damage over time effects? is it nerfed on automatic weapons and buffed on slow or tiny-mag weapons?
As same as Fallout 76, heal limb. You can get heal when you shooting/bashing essential npcs. and no matter which weapon you use, amount of health its the same.
But, when you use the weapon shoots lots of projectile in once fire like shotgun, and you hit a single target, you will only get heal once. However, if one of its projectile hit other targets, you will get heal as same as how many target you hit. This is as same as Fallout 76's recently patch.
But I was made a old version which you can get heal over once when you hit target with weapon shoots lots of projectile in once.(Such as if you shoot a shotgun, and its 8 projectile all hit a single target, you will get 16% heal). And this version is as same as Fallout 76's old version. This version has a little problem which is hard/impossible to soft, so I decide not released it.
thanks. good to know it's per-shot and per-target instead of per dmg source. i guess i could make the script not affect allied factions or essentials but the limb healing ruins survival balancing for me.

Add a patch for Legendary Effect Overhaul(LEO).
