About this mod
Allows weather to be persistent when transitioning from exterior to interior cell. Also adds proper acoustic space to differentiate between indoor rooms.

First, the research on weather persistence was almost exclusively done by leaftongue, all kudos to him for this.
Second, this mod does the following;
1) Allows weather to be persitent during interior-to-exterior transition
2) Adds proper acoustic space to the interiors to duck and mostly disable weather sounds
This will help to create a true interior-to-exterior weather illusion. Weather transition before was forced to use a default interior weather and thus the exterior weather would cancle and recycle during another cell transition.
In vanilla weather transition was ...
1) PC enters interior = Exterior weather will cancle
2) PC is in interior = Default interior weather will play
3) PC leaves interior = New exterior weather will generate
This was horrible and needed to change. All of the new cell behavior will not conflict with weather mods since it keeps whatever weather per region is present, and should be compatible with most by default this way. As long as it is loaded correctly.
Acoustic Space uses vanilla sound and ambient effects and all it does is to duck the sound when PC enters the defined space. Sound will not conflict, wound will just change in game.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the inability to reduce weather effects such as thunder strikes and sounds (currently) not all interior cells are properly flagged and most still use the vanilla behavior. Once we can get around this, all cells will be flagged.

The image presentation does not show true vanilla weather, however it should highlight the entire mod in a nutshell.
Installation
This mod can be in-/unstalled anytime and does not require a new game to work. Thus, you can update mid-game aswell.
The plugin is not flagged ESL. The reason is, there was issues during development and acoustic space suddendly did not play when ESLify.
This mod does not affect precombined meshes or PreVis data.
Compatibility
This mod works with both, the Old- and Next-Gen Update. For third party mods ask the author of the mod of interest.
NOTE: This mod will work out of the box for all vanilla cells which use the "Show Sky" flag. The new Acoustic Space added should not conflict to much but mods which alter acoustic space might need a patch, very few do though. Besides:

NOTE: This mods adds new "Show Sky" and "Region" flags/entries to some interiors and these must be patched in order to work with some lighting or else mods. See more on developer notes below.

Technical Issues
- Lighting might be off and thunder strikes might be present eventhough it should not (minor)
- Window glow is not yet variable (minor)
- The FX used on the interior sun light arent patched yet and might looks off (minor)
