Initial release - NOTE: The entire concept is a beta and was the logical consequence to the conversation with leaftongue. Added acoustic space to most interior cells - Looping Sound, Use Sound From Region, Environment Type was blanked - Weather Attentuation was set to 100.0000 db (NOTE: This will duck the weather sound completely and is used for caves, vaults, and equal)
