Notes: - Im very proud to present a fully working no script solution to SKIP the cut scenes when starting a new game just by very minimal editing of the vanilla quests in version 004 - There is a short white flash when starting the new game since i swapped the script condition from before to after the Cryo scene and the white flash is most certainly related to the Re-freeze Cryo sleep scene - Hint: The image space modifier used when awaking was probably the default image space for the final product ... with much less bloom and gloom and hyperactive coloring - Complex CharGen planned (Choose Gender, F1, F2, FT, etc. preset)
Decided to give this a try to see if this works. I needed to be in Vault 111 for the Dual Survivors Nate so made sense to try it. I guess I am trying everything else Qrsr is making....so why the F**k not? hahahaha
- Female option works well. I am female and always play the female 'Vault Dweller' or my own background with Start Me Up Redux - I like to have a story option from time to time that has me and Nate married. It is fun to play this out so having a Quick Start to get things going as part of the install package is super easy like this. Skip (this mod) makes this start up super easy and compatible.

Make a Data folder and put all the stuff in there. then - Dual Survivors v1.3 Additional Dialogue => Unzip. One small issue I saw is that Codsworth appeared which conflicts with: - Radiant Out Of Time - No More Codsworth And Preston Party by Qrsr - I did not investigate but load order should solve this.

Of course Codsworth appears, you just skip the intro scene not the entire game.
If you use Radiant Out Of Time you probably load it last and then Codsworth will be disabled which he should even if you load Radiant Out Of Time before.
No matter what "Skip" has nothing todo with Codworth and is not affecting the robot.
Proposal main file version 003: Before the player leaves Vault 111 with the Elevator, the player can use the character menu to make settings to edit his male appearance. The idea here would be to display an additional line menu where the player can select the gender. If scripts are required here, then consider the idea as a non-objective, as your mod should remain a script-free file.
Optimal file version 003: Had created an error report here, as no SPECIAL menu appears. Here would be the suggestion that in the bathroom after the character has been edited, the SPECIAL menu is then displayed, again I hope that you do not have to use a script.
Otherwise I don't think the optimal file makes much sense if your SCECIAL points are set to 1 everywhere and no points can be awarded at the start of the game.

I did not check it but it might be possible to force the game to show the SPECIAL menu IF it is tied to a quest stage. If so it might be possible. Since its a starting dungeon the SPECIAL menu delay shouldnt be a problem and even with SPECIAL 1 in everything, its just some Radroaches. At the end of Vault 111 you can finally select everything, which should be much better tbh.
What is the difference between this mod and SKK Fast Start new game ? The latter also starts you at the cryopod, bypassing the prewar sequence but not the vault itself

All i wanted to allow player char with this mod, was to trick the game without using additional scripts, quest and menus by swapping only vanilla records and quest entries at a minimum with maximum effect while keeping all relevant objects in Vault 111.

Ask yourself if its not limiting to use scripts instead of quest flags and condition shipped with the core game. Ask yourself if its not limiting to use F4SE instead of the functions of the game itself. All of this is far more limiting and the opposite i have in mind.
Tested on a new Next-Gen game along with your "Radiant Out of Time" and "Fixer- Fixes and Tweaks" (note, I am still on version 28 of Fixer which has the tweaks). Everything worked as it should so far, I played through clearing Concord and the Museum. This is a nice alternative start mod.
As you noted in a mod tag, it will be the male player character. player.sexchange can be used in the console to play female; according to the wiki that command can crash for "unknown reasons" but I had no problem with it.
Very nice mod, I started a new game to test it (save beforehand). Everything worked fine. Even a modded quest ( find 20 Bobblehead ) started properly.
Have tested . Exit Vault 111 , previously the player could edit his appearance and name. In Concord this quest was completed correctly and the next quest, in which the settlers and Preston are rescued, started correctly.
As for the empty capsules, I have an alternative idea. Maybe fill the 12 capsules with cloned NPCs? I don't know if this is technically possible.

What im trying to do is to find is an additional image space which applies to player char once leaving the capsule, pod. To mimic the effects of cryogenic state. The initial debug script had it applied by mistake and the entire Vault 111 felt so much better with a blurred image at a certain distance so im trapped to find out a way to inject this first.
If you can the quest of interest to test with are Kelloggs deam sequence since its relies for whatever reason to Vault 111 MQ and the Diamond City entrance scene, probably a leftover in code, references too.
