You NEED to use console command to make the HUD fit:
cqf tooun_animationpack_a setpos 1120 570
cqf companionstatus setpos 55 480
Settings -> MCM -> Ammo UI Position Y = 600
Then Save Your Game -> Load that savegame -> Perfect!
