So, Im kind of confused by the description and the files. Let me see if I get it:
(1) The main file is just the uniform / clothes. (2) Then there's an optional file that will color armors in black, except one specific armor which will remain white for some reason (care to explain why?). (3) Then, there's a third optional file just for the helmets, which is not part of the armor files for some reason. (4) Finally, if you want, there's a file for courser uniforms, which are a different category of synths. That one is more straightforward.
My question is: If I want a full black look for regular synths (not coursers) I need those ESP's I mentioned in 1, 2 and 3, one mod slot for each, right?
These are replacers only right? They dont show up in chembenches?
there are 2 synth uniforms that means there is 1 for Human-Ghoulrace and the other one is for SynthsGen2 only. you probably added the synth one thats why you cant see it
Could you perhaps make an optional version where the neck cover of the helmet is more like the uniform? It's a light grey colour right now. I'd do it myself if I knew how.
Oh damn, that looks like artifacts from the compression, they shouldn't be TOO visible on that resolution though, will remake it soon either way (and maybe try to make it standalone this time as well....) ~
I left the original white version because it reminds me of Miranda but I remember it was a bit visible in places with a lot of light. Didn't want to appear as the d!ckhead trying to say you did a crap work by the way, I was just wondering when I extracted the textures and compared ^^
Nah, it's alright, the bad thing is that I didn't notice it myself first so thanks for that! ^^ And yeah, it's strange when this file is used as retexture because it doesn't fit anyway when some run around with black and some with white clothes so I really should consider making a standalone version instead ~
Much appreciated. Now I can actually be a Synth Stormtrooper (full Heavy Synth armor + Synth Field Helm). Or Synth Trooper. Join the Synth Order. It's not the dark side you were looking for.
I'd like it even better if it were standalone, though. I kind of like the clean white look of the institute synths, but I'd love a black synth uniform just for my character to wear along with Shadowed combat armor(Instead of the BoS officer uniform. Doesn't seem right, when I side with Institute)

Is it because had to make many changes to get it as black in your program?
