That's weird, with the loose files should solve all the problems, since you are in MO2 create a new profile and try my files in a new game only with the requirements and X-Cell here you have two commands that will teleport you to locations with 3DNPCs npcs: coc f3DNPCBrothel coc f3DNPCTremont Check if you have the requirements updated especially X-Cell the facegen option should be enabled.
If there are no heads, it may be a mistake on my part, and I will try to generate new facegens (Although in my game I don't have any problems). If there are heads you have an incompatibility with some of your mods; disable the ones that can modify npcs indirectly.
Was there ever a fix for this? It's very disconcerting having only the NPCs added by this mod being headless.
Nevermind, not this mod. It turns out the headless settler issue is caused by X-Cell. You need the FaceGen files from X-Cell, and if you have Tales of the Commonwealth installed (which is what I thought was causing the issue, and came here for some reason), you can use this file by MasterHampster to fix that too!
If it is that hair, what happens is that the face is smaller than normal, which gives the impression that the hair is longer.
But is he talking about your character or that npc? It looks a bit better because of the enb and because this other mod was used: Hair Tones Redux - A Hair Color Overhaul

What is the position in the load order because I don't have a face?
I'm using Mo2 and I've positioned the mod at the very bottom.
Version 1.0 works fine after the previs patch, but no heads whith 2.0
The Mod is 3DNPC
Loose files

As I only edit the npcs section and not cells, try to make my mods always have the highest priority; this avoids several errors.
Ex Pumpkins
No problems with V1
coc f3DNPCBrothel
coc f3DNPCTremont

The V1 does not cause this kind of problem.

Does this mod do the same thing?
