Tumbajamba's Raider Power Armor now PEACE Patched

Tumbajamba's Raider Power Armor Is now also PEACE Patched.
Set the light/heavy version to PEACE intended settings.
Gave it Pockets/Backpacks for all variants (one of the chest piece varaints doesnt have a visable Backpack)
Had to give the light/heavy torso's diffrent Types of pouches so keep mind of that.
The Weapon still needs a WARS Patch I'll post a link once its done here
