Increases the face pool used by the Operators.

As with the Pack and the Disciples, randomly generated Operators draw on a pool of only 12 faces. Diverse Operators increases that number to 48. Furthermore, while the vanilla Operator face pool skews male with a 2-to-1 ratio, I decided to give them an even split (24 female and 24 male) for symmetry purposes between the three gangs. I expect to maintain this balance in future updates.
Note: The screen shots merely showcase the new faces. When they spawn during play, they will be wearing appropriate Operator attire.
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with everything except for mods that alter the Operator face pool.
