Add the unused Trapper Helmet back into the game, and adds it to the Trapper leveled list.

I found this unused helmet while rummaging around in the game files, and thought it looked way cooler than the Lobster Trap Helmet so many Trappers wore. So, I added it back in, and distributed in the Trapper leveled lists. It's roughly the same stats as the Lobster Trap Helmet, with one additional point in damage resistance.
Requires Far Harbor.
