Removes pipe weaponry from all vault 81 residents and makes small tweaks to certain named NPCs.

Vault 81's residents are armed with pipe guns and some have questionable confidence ratings. Having residents armed with scrap weapons seems kind of counter-productive when you have a security force that is also armed. In other entries to the Fallout franchise, except in specific circumstances, the vault security are the ones to bear arms. Residents armed to the teeth in pipe weaponry is especially noticeable when using a mod like 'Classic Holstered Weapons System', as the weapons are visibly displayed on the NPC. As such, the security force in vault 81 will be the only ones who carry 10mm pistols. The exception to this is the overseer, and select NPCs armed with weak melee weapons. Below, there are some more detailed changes on specific named NPCs. All other changes are universal across all vault 81 NPCs. Additionally, Pip-Boys have been added to vault scientists and security as they were strangely absent in vanilla.

This makes hard edits to the records seen in the xEdit screenshot. As such, any mod that also edits those records will conflict with this. Use the ESP version of this mod if you want it to overwrite something specific. Should someone want to make a RobCo patch of this mod, feel free as long as this mod is required.

Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder,
and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install
directly through Mod Organizer 2.
