About this mod
Nukes the "Out Of Time" quest and thus will disable Codsworth and Preston Garvey Party inclusive all quest related objects in both Sanctuary Hills and Concord.

Overview
This mod will disable Codsworth in Sanctuary and Preston Garvey and Gang in Concord. The spoiler tab will show what precisely:
Sanctuary Hills can be found empty without Codsworth and the Bloatfly clearance sequence. None of them should appear once Vault 111 was left.
Once player char will enter Concord Preston should no longer appear on the balcony.
In the Museum, Preston and the entire Quincy party was replaced by an actor party not able to overcome the harsh wasteland. In fact, these NPCs ensemble the entire interior Museum Of Freedom setup with an alternative ending.
Once Players leaves the Museum, the Raider parties/waves appear just like in vanilla with Deathclaw enabled too. But strength and appearance might be different ...
Please Note: None of the actors is required to solve the main quest. There is actually two ways to enter The Institute;
- The former Minutemen quest "Inside Job"
- The Brotherhood of Steel quest "Outside The Wire"
I found the BoS quest more immersive than having some rando build a teleporter out of pencil and stones.
Any other Minutemen quest should not be triggered or available at all;

And all the radiant quests of course are unavailable too.
Installation
This mod requires a new game to work. If installed mid-game your on your own. Technically the references should disappear if the distance to Codsworth and Museum of Freedom is close enough. The activator should then despawn the entire Quest setup. Still i dont recommend it to install mid-game.
The plugins are ESL-flagged, don't count against normal ESP/ESM limit. This mod does not affect precombined meshes or PreVis data.
Compatibility
This mod works with both, the Old- and Next-Gen Update. For third party mods ask the author of the mod of interest.

As of 004 none so far.
Addendum
Since Fallout is not a building simulator in the first place and honestly it is a total distracting game mechanic in the way its present in vanilla game Concord should now feel more waste and ugly than before. The Minutemen play a fundamental role in rebuilding the CW with all the settlement build-up mantra of Preston Garvey...Actually i wanted to create a more Nipton like feeling, which im further implementing when i have the muse to come back working on this mod. As of version 004, the Museum actors have been replaced, the Raiders got some updates and Deathclaw magic abilties removed but swapped against a more suitable variant.
