General - Allowed to enter the plant from elevator outside from the start - The landscape for the exterior elevator cell part was lowered - Highered the water and made it equal to water height in exterior Weston Water Treatment Plant cell - Added extended elevator shaft for interior cell - Disabled the option to use certain doors - Swapped some loot which would not appear if submerged - Disabled powered objects except fusion generators - Removed all lights - Removed all actors, the location is a simple "jump n run" interior difficulty is injected by limited time underwater - Added option to loot fusion cores from fusion generators (there is a charge 1-10 chance per core, there are 5 cores to loot) - Added barnacles, in fact swapped the oil traps for barnacle traps - Swapped certain sound files

General - Removed leftover references for the Graygarden actors, thus these will no longer default to the center of the cell and sandbox like it was supposed to - Added more unique scrap recipes for raiders and raider dog

General - Cleaned the entire plugin from unneeded references - Made direct actor edits to replace the worldmodel of the supervisors and coworker robots directly with raider equivalents - Removed the super mutant ambush - Fixed the caravan travel point, it was far from where it should be
