About this mod
This patch brings all new added power armor paints in Gunner Outfit Pack for vanilla NPCs.

Basically make Gunner Outfit Pack's power armor paints appear for vanilla Gunner NPCs with power armor.
vanilla game only gives them T-45, now gunners wearing them started as T-45D in basic, T-51B in Lv15, T-60C in Lv25 and X-01 with random torso modifications in Lv35 (Yeah, if you haven't notice. I try to make them feel as lore accurate as possible lol)
helmet have chances none, but I also make them equipping heavy weapons, mostly from minigun's level list. and giving them various headsets, underarmor which also from the pack itself. so that it won't look so odd for some of gunner NPCs spawn without helmet, or maybe have fusion core steal by you and they won't look not so prepared after exit PA
Do notice that my patch won't be compatible with NPC Leveled List Integration mod, because it already gives you new added NPCs wearing PA armor with new paints. so if you already have NPC Leveled List Integration mod or the update made by 4estGimp, you don't need my patch at all
as for other mods which also editing power armor pieces, since I added a new combination under all vanilla PA pieces in order to make this work, you may need a patch. but depend on what mod you use, you should ask mod author first then see if we can make additional patches
