I can't find the option to enable that in the config. What is it under?

Press F4 when in workshop mode. Will disable the outline completely.

Does this include the inventory and workbench highlights?

No, only the shader for the workshop item selection is covered.

Equivalent to Outline Workshop Highlight Only, but simplified

simplified how? I don't see any different. At fist I thought this mod use F4SE instead of .esp but its the same.

It's done via an INI file that automatically gets called by the game once per session.
A simpler and objectively better solution than relying on scripts that get called repeatedly. Though the outcome of both mods is the same.

This is really a must-have mod to improve the quality of the game, simple, practical, no unnecessary and complicated other things, thanks to the author!!!!

There is already mod that does the same and doesn't require any additional mods. Only difference with yours is color of line around object.
    But still, good job

the color is just a UI setting. Doesnt do anything with these mods :)

Then even more. Mod with additional requirement vs same mod up to date without any. Easy choice.

does this work on newgen update? this feels unclear to me..

also it would be neat to have both this and workbench version in one package :3

This mod requires Papyrus Script Runner, and since that is not updated for Next Gen, it will only work for Old Gen.

Combing both Crafting Highlight Fix and this mod might be possible, but I don't know how the first one is implemented.

You should probably add the requirements as they don't seem to be listed anywhere except in here..

a note for Place Everywhere users: the whole object selection effect is important. It means that the object is aligned properly according to how it works in vanilla. Also F4 hotkey removes outline completely for a better view.

So you probably shouldn't use this mod if PE is installed. Either choose this mod as a single problem fixer or PE as a Workshop item placement overhaul

I think this mod is breaking precombines.
I am getting the option to scrap a lot of stuff in sanctuary that I should not be getting.

There's no way this mod can cause this. It only changes one shader effect, so there's something else in your load order that causes this.

Which update? Papyrus Script Runner should be easy to install, assuming you you're still on Old Gen.

I use Next Gen, that is why i asked when this mod will get the update. Or will this one never get that?

It will update eventually. I'm basically waiting for CommonLibF4, the mod's project structure, to get in a working state for Next Gen.

For some reason this is not working for me and I'm not using next-gen. Do you have to activate it with a keybind or some config files? Because i'm really lost here

This mod should be simple plug-and-play. Be sure you have all the requirements, including the ones from Papyrus Script Runner,
and update your Visual C++ Redistributable 2022 x64.
