Settlement parent quests added so the new settlements are loaded on game start and have all the right properties to assign settlers to the
settlements and be assigned to resources. Settlements start with 50% happiness now.
Navmesh:
Deleted old Navmesh for all modded cells and redone fully by hand including finalizing all cells.
Reduced DLC06Waterpump sound from -10.5 to -20.5 affects all DLC06 workshop Industrial waterpumps.
Metal Box with 500 of each buildmaterials placed next to each workbench
