Load order issue. Refer to the description page to see what the correct load order should be. Otherwise check if Side Aim works for the original PPSh-41. If it doesn't then the issue lies elsewhere.
Not something I was expecting when you said "doesn't work", to be perfectly honest. Looks like the gun finally earned the status befitting its name (Cursed).
Does it happen with BH's original PPSh parts as well?
What exactly is cursed about this gun? Is it the appearance being all modernized and tacitcal? Or does it have inferior stats and functionality compared to the original?
The plugin is ESPFE (ESLified ESP) so it will be different for every user. Type help Cursed 4 in the console. If you have Console Commands Extender, you can type help Cursed 4 WEAP to narrow it down further.
Or as mentioned in the mod's description (and repeated by dferstat), use ESP Explorer.

It was loading before BH's mod for some reason
