I know there ain't no pitched down voice. Good Ol'Bethesda only allows 3 effects, so i tried to make it as like as possibile to a distorted effect.
If anyone knows how to add more sound effects in the CK, please lmk in the posts!
For any bug, issue or somewhat please report to the correct section.
How To Use?:
- Equip a Power Armor with a Helmet and speak to someone!
