This project came to being out of two things: mind-boggling boredom and desire to create something other than videos. I originally planned this to include 5 locations, but decided to keep going since I still had ideas. This is my first location mod.

Requires both Far Harbor and Nuka-World.

Features:

  • 7 dungeons of various sizes and types scattered around the Commonwealth.
  • Designed to be lore friendly and atmospheric.
  • 2 additional unmarked locations.
  • Balanced loot for both "normal" and Survival play.
  • Varying amounts of background lore in every location.
  • 3 unique variants of vanilla/DLC weapons for you to find (1 with custom legendary effect).
  • Enemies and some loot will level with the player character.
  • Highly compatible, and will not break precombines/previs. All changes are purely additive; no vanilla records were modified.
  • Many locations can be targets for radiant quests and/or miscellaneous objectives*.

*I was unable to test this, so let me know if you get a quest or misc objective that points you to one of these locations and how it worked out!
Locations

Cutthroat Hovel

Comprised of a student apartment and an office building that were abandoned until recently, the current occupants are in process of turning them into their new hideout. The Commonwealth would be better off if they moved somewhere else - such as, say, Hell. You can help yourself to a mover's fee once you've sent them on their way.

Dodd Plastics Factory
This small factory used to produce some of the more mundane everyday items American consumers needed, but the war shut it down for good. It has gone mostly unnoticed ever since, so there should still be some scrap inside.

Lechmere Station
This Green Line station is widely thought to be destroyed, but don't let the entrance fool you - a maintenance hatch allows you to gain entry to the forgotten subway station. But like just about else everywhere in the Commonwealth, you can probably expect to run into some wildlife inside.

Buried Super-Duper Mart
One of the last remaining structures in Framingham, the Glowing Sea has swallowed this location almost entirely. Beneath the radioactive ash and muck, however, you can find a generous helping of scrap...and plenty of trouble.

Weston Road Rest Stop
Before the war, this tiny filling station was known for being incredibly unremarkable. There is nothing to see here. Now move along, citizen!

Concord Steakhouse
Once the most patriotic establishment in town, this old restaurant has been pretty much forgotten for a long time. Still, there's an old rumor about some kind of treasure hidden in there; those that go searching for it never come back.

Lexington Shopping Center
This subterranean, ultra-modern shopping center is located directly underneath the main square. Time and looters have not been kind to it, but perhaps you can still find something of use inside.

Unmarked Locations

Park Street Church
This church was used as a disaster relief location immediately after the war, but thanks to it's proximity to Boston Common, very few have been there ever since.

Abandoned House
Although Fort Hagen is pretty much a ghost town, there is one house that shows signs of being occupied recently. Maybe you should go see what's what.
