Yes. The mods are organised by the value of their respective misc. object. Since most of the base mods’ parts had the same value, they were organising alphabetically instead.
Yes, sorry for the confusing phrasing. The value in caps of the miscellaneous item. The original has almost all of them at 22, so I just changed them to increase in value by tier.

Without looking, I’d say you’d need to make a patch. It looks like it just adds a keyword to the 10mm pistol record, so it’d be easy to patch in FO4Edit.

Do you mind telling me how you fixed this? I have compacted the N99C for ESL in my game so I can't use this, sadly.Edit: ah. You mean the actual value under DATA? The original has almost all of them set to 22?
