-There is an optional file in the Files section of the main mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/75373), with some copies of worldspaces to goof around in (the worldspaces have lots of holes and floaty things, so really just for testing and goofing off). The "CW w/almost nothing (no roads or much else) - ASATracks02" is particularly good for simple fooling around.
Do not uninstall the mod while driving a vehicle. Hit Tab key to enter Pip-Boy to resolve if you've uninstalled this mod before exiting the vehicle and caused your character to become frozen.
Do not load a previous save while driving a vehicle. But if you do and this has caused your character to to have movement issues, close the game completely (don't just lazy Quit To Main Menu), reopen the game and load a previous save.
...and, as the framework page's Description states (and as we already know as the seasoned computer users we all are), remember to: "-Save early, save often." ...as in 'Save before you get in the vehicle', lol...'cause I blocked Saving while IN the vehicle now, because yeah.
that thing is so funny to watch, but i do see some great potential in it, and a sort of way of showing bethesda that making vehicles in their games is possible after all lol.
i once thought that we could use the MR. HANDY float animation and have something work like this as a vehicle, but i like to see the proof of concept that could work for creation engine games.
someone should share this on steam's starfield page of a working proof of concept so players can see that such a thing is possible.
however i have yet to look at your install instructions, they might require more than just the kit to work which means bethesda wouldn't likely use it or be able to replicate anything like it.
I’ve tried really hard throughout this to not say “It’s da bomb!”. (and to definitely not say “It’s da bomb diggity!”) Kudos to me for being resolute in that task. 🫡
The wheels of all your vehicles are behaving strangely, they are chattering. As I understand it, the wheels are attached to one point, have you tried attaching them to multiple points along the radius of the wheel rim? It seems to me if you attach them to 3-4 points the wheels would be stable.
"Chattering"? Like making sounds? I can't hear anything.
However, if you meant motion-wise (wiggling?), yes the wheels do wiggle around a little. Necessary evil to help (ie; have a lot of give-and-take) deal with the amount of cracks and the poor collision in/on vanilla roads.
