So this mod unlocks the creation club content thru magazines, my question is, does it unlock the cc content I haven't bought or I first need to have the creation club content, if so, I'm not sure but I remember there being a mod I think that unlocked all the creation club content for free, because I remember having the doom outfit, that morgan spacesuit etc... I had never payed for them, I didn't even had a bethesda account, so I wasn't even able to access cc content.
Hey, noticed an issue with the main Magazine unlock esp. There seems to be some COBJ records that are referencing non existing COBJ records in the CC X-02 mod. All of the ccBGSFO4115_co_PA_X02_Material_PaintEnclaveXX paints don't seem to be there. I tried redownloading the CC X02 mod to see if maybe mine was outdated, but same result. Am I missing something?
Yeah, I went and took another look and figured it out after I saw your reply. I figured if you didn't see anything obvious then I must have done something wrong. It turns out my version of the deployed CC ESP was an older version than the one in my archive. Somehow even though I downloaded it fresh, the ESP copied itself into my staging folder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ All good now.
Hey, would you be able to add a version of gunners vs minutemen where the quests are disabled, and you just gain the paints from the recipe book? I feel this would help it be more compatible with SS2, thanks.
Wow, when I asked about the possibility of unlocking quests with the magazines a long time ago, I didn't imagine you to really run the idea this far with it. Amazing work! This will be a lot easier to patch into my VR load order than the creation club delayed mod. Thanks!! Now finally I can have more of an immersive exit of vault 111 rather than being inundated with half a million quests! Just me, an almost empty quest que, my Tranq Pistol and half a pack of smokes.....lol.
Possible to make an all in one for those who have all the CC content installed? Seeing all those plugins on the right in MO2 is a bit of a nightmare to manage.
Dumb dumb question, I'm using the midnight ride mod guide and in it is has Simple Creation Club Delayed NG - does your mod override that or should I keep both?
Not sure if this is working as intended, but the taboo tatoos magazine at the dugout inn is marked as owned, so you have to steal it to read it. At least for me.
I absolutely love this mod and it's execution!!! I'm wondering if there could be a compatibility patch for the Paintjob Distribution mod or the F4 Creation Club Overhaul mod - OR - if you're planning to creatively work the other weapon paintjob magazines into the game(perhaps Arturo? or something... o-O); there was another mod I saw that linked the Shi weapon/armor skins to the "Here There Be Monsters" quest. Granted the distribution into leveled lists looks like its a pain so probably not... Just some food for thought :)
hey, I don't have immediate plans for rebalance. (Since I don't touch weapons and armors I think most rebalance mods should be compatible.) Definitely doing something about paintjob requirements. Distribution maybe later, different ways to do it have different pros and cons.
I had another few thoughts regarding the CC stuff not yet covered... Is it possible to relocate the Morgan suit to the bunker near where the Aliens spawn(or the Hubris comics basement near the Cosmic PA)? The DOOM Armors could be moved to the safe within the Glowing Sea Red Rocket(or within Hubris Comics in a safe or a trunk)... Idk, just some ideas to tie those last few ones into this mod in some lore-friendly locations.
The BFG and the Thunderbolt have magazine images too, though I have no idea if their data is actually in the game files... But it would be a cool way to integrate them :)
Either way, I'll reiterate my earlier thanks for this great mod!
(also I realize my earlier idea is covered nicely by another mod: Faction Distribution Framework... But thanks for the consideration!)
