Version 1.9.0
- Dogs: deleted the first objective of the Dog Rescue quests to find the dogs, so they only "trigger" when you interact with each of the 12 dogs. Also changed the location of the Golden Retriever so you don't find it before unlocking your first settlement, and before meeting Dogmeat.
- Chinese Stealth Armor: prevented triggering of the quest when exiting vault 111 and added a note to trigger the quest. (can also just find the armor)
- CR-74L Combat Rifle: added magazine, prevented triggering of the quest when exiting vault 111 and added quest trigger.
- Heavy Incinerator: added magazine.
- Capital Wasteland Mercenaries, Fantasy Hero Set, Gunners vs. Minutemen, Pint-Sized Slasher, Zetan Arsenal: prevented triggering of the quest when exiting vault 111 and added quest trigger.
- Modular Military Backpack: prevented adding the backpack to your inventory when exiting vault 111. Backpacks are still distributed to vendors but with as random variants and are now rare. Backpacks are also (but rarely) distributed to minutemen, BoS, and gunners. Some skins and patches have been given requirements.
- Minutemen, Railroad, BoS, Institute, Patriotic skins: added quest stage requirements.
