This will work fine with the Aspen of the Commonwealth also (I use) and any other mods that use BNS frame work as not to break the Pre combo meshes, install this after its loose files will take priority over the Ba2 packed files anyway and your good to go. : )
This mod is a game changer. Thank you so much for this! I'm playing in VR and after hours of gameplay I finally got it mostly dialed in, but there was something that was bothering the @!*$ outta me. The swirly, makes me dizzy to look at, windy foliage. I couldn't get past the swirly branches and such. Completely ruining my experience. So I started to look for wind fixes and found this fabulous mod. I'm loving this game now. Seriously, in VR this is a must have. I'm using wabbajack F4VER mod list with a few add-ons for anyone in the future.
For those wondering, six of the SCOLs provided in this mod do conflict with PRP (PPF's main archive specifically, which is where all the fixed models that aren't precombined meshes are stored), and any precombined versions of the references (as of 74, 69 has no conflicts) won't reflect the fix. (Future edit, as per DoubleYou in discord, this part is actually wrong due to CK node handling)
Correcting the conflict would probably require a new branch, as the meshes are baked in that way.
It's still safe to use this mod with PRP, though. DoubleYou has thankfully sent the updated SCOLs, I just need to implement them.
An update on this, the updated SCOL meshes are in the 74.6 PPF Main.ba2. Users just have to update. As mentioned before, there's no point in updating Branch 69 to match as the SCOLs weren't updated at all when that build was created.

On a side note, should we place it below any foliage mods like Wildergrowth, or does it again not matter?

I still experience the same sort of strange vibration with power lines. Does anyone happen to know of a fix?
